Orthodontics Healthcare - Office Manager
This is a new position for the Company that combines Light Accounting and General Administrative responsibilities for a growing and progressive company. The Management Assistant role is a full -time position that provides opportunities to excel and get involved in challenging projects. The Management Assistant responsibilities will encompass interfacing with Foreign Food Vendors and Suppliers managing email communications and shipping schedules, working with Customs brokers and compliance documents, meet deadlines throughout the full phase of manufacturing fresh food products/exported from India to the NY Port. the individual will be asked to provide administrative support to the CEO. Perform research, compiling report information, managing project activities and/or scheduling shipments. He/she will be exposed to confidential and sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgement.This individual must have excellent computer skills with the ability to maneuver through various applications in order to execute work requested.
