• Keep the header to city and state, plus “open to on site, hybrid, or relocation” when that is true.
• Show on site leadership with plants, branches, customers, or teams you actually stood up with.
• Show remote delivery with results across sites, time zones, or distributed teams.
• Save the negotiation for the offer, not the first line of the PDF.

Managers want to know you can do the job under their model. Prove the work first. Talk logistics second.
