How do I follow up after a job interview?

 A thank you email after the initial interview is a definite must. You can follow up with a phone call, a week after the interview to reinforce your interest in the position. However, continuous follow up phone calls may be overkill. The goal is to show your continued interest while not appearing to be too aggressive or desperate for the job.
