How can you determine the work culture of a prospective employer?

You just need to ask the following questions at a job interview:
1) What is your employee turnover rate?
It should be less than 10%.
2) What is the average tenure of your employees?  7 or more years is the best answer.
3) What percent of your employees are promoted from within? It should be 50% or more.
4) Do you have a tuition assistance program? It should be a yes.
5) How many layoffs have you had in the past 10 years? Hopefully, it's zero.
