When Searching for a Resume Service, BE CAREFULL

At Resumes Etc (resumeetc.com) , we pride ourselves on our 33 years as a family owned business with a strong commitment to honesty and integrity.  During the past year, I have received many calls from people who have fallen victim to untrustworthy resume services. These individuals have informed me that these services keep charging their credit card for more money each week. They call my company because I have an address and a phone number, and these other services do not list a number on their website. So they call my number hoping that perhaps I am the company that keeps charging their credit card. I inform them that I am not and advise them to contact their bank for advice. My advice is be careful with these services. Ask them to send an email confirming the price and stating that it is a one time charge. You should also consider filing a complaint with your state's consumer affairs dept.
