What is the best career advice that I can give you? 

Surround yourself with smart people. Throughout my life and my career, I made certain that my circle of friends included smart people. Many were older than me, so they possessed an incredible wealth of wisdom and knowledge. As it turns out, I am now one of those older people and I want to share my wisdom with you. When you establish friendships with smart people, it's like going to school every day. Each day something new is learned and the knowledge continues to accumulate over time. Take my advice and it will be the best decision you will ever make.
