 Up until this point, job seekers have been reluctant to jump back into the workforce. There are 3 reasons why this has been the case. 1) Federal unemployment rates have run out. 2) Many state benefits have also run out. 3) People have been reluctant to jump back into the workforce for fear of contracting Covid or forced vaccinations. More and more employers are creating remote jobs, and people are simply running out of benefits with no other option but to find a job.
