There are 7 factors that should be in place to grade a corporate culture. 1) Salary-- you should be paid market value for your job.  2) There should be a work-life balance. 3) The job should be challenging and enjoyable. 4) There should be career progression and promotions from within. 5) They should offer good benefits with low deductibles and a 401(k) plan. 6) You should be empowered and not micromanaged.7) They should add to your skills so that your market values go up.
